Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 9, 2026

This privacy policy explains how KnoxWatch handles consultation requests, setup information, billing workflows, camera onboarding information, and customer portal data.

Information we collect

KnoxWatch may collect business contact details, consultation requests, camera setup information, monitoring requirements, escalation contacts, billing workflow status, support messages, and portal activity needed to provide the service.

How we use information

We use information to review camera compatibility, respond to consultation requests, coordinate service proposals, guide secure onboarding, operate customer and admin workflows, provide incident summaries, and improve service quality.

Camera access and setup data

Customers should provide limited viewer access where possible instead of administrator credentials. Access details and setup notes should only be used for onboarding, monitoring, support, and authorized operational review.

Billing and payment processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. KnoxWatch does not store full card numbers in the application. Billing records may include proposal, service agreement, payment status, and transaction references.

Sharing and service providers

We may use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and customer support. We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for customer information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should avoid sharing unnecessary admin-level credentials.
